As valued members of our community, we value your voice and in doing so, have created an opportunity for all in the sector, including individuals receiving care, health professionals, social workers, commissionersclinicians, families, and othersto share their voice and opinion as we strive to shape the future of our UK care sector. And this is why we are excited to announce the Catalyst Care Group 2023 Survey! 

Your experience and insights are essential in helping us understand the sector, identify challenges, and discover more opportunities for improvement and innovation. 

Our mission and vision are to provide compassion and empathy in the services we deliver. Sharing your honest feedback gives us a pathway towards open discussions about humanised care and approaches to complex care and collaboration. Your participation in this survey is of great value and will enable us to learn about your experience as a carer, support worker, clinician, service user, family member, or healthcare professional. 

Why your participation matters

This comprehensive survey focuses on gathering essential information about your overall experience with the health and social care sector. It allows us better to understand both challenges and opportunities for transformation.  

The Catalyst Care Group Survey 2023 will be open from the 31st of July until the 15th of September 2023, and it will be used to:

  • Create a wider context of the current challenges in the health and social care sector 
  • Share information and knowledge across the health and social care sector 
  • Provide information about meeting the needs of people that receive care as well as information regarding their families’ experience 
  • Upgrading our knowledge and understanding of meeting the needs of caregivers
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team members in the sector to bring positive change
  • Track the data regarding delayed hospital discharges

Participating in the survey is simple and will take approximately 5-10 minutes of your time. All of the responses will remain anonymous and treated with the utmost confidentiality.
