Through our complex care service, we provide specialised and person-centred care delivered in people’s own homes, designed for people with multiple, ongoing health and social needs in complex situations. It allows people to live close to their loved ones and become active community citizens.

How Can Complex Care Support You?

Complex care is for people who live, or need support with :

Acquired brain injuries or spinal cord injuries

Complex physical disabilities
Neurological or degenerative conditions
Autism and learning disabilities with co-occurring conditions
Tracheostomies, PEG feeding, or ventilator dependency
Epilepsy, Dementia

We offer 24-hour support, highly trained care teams, and monitoring for the people we serve.
