About Us

We provide CQC-regulated home-based complex care to people of all ages with multiple needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. As a care provider, our ultimate goal is to ensure that the people we serve and their families feel relieved, confident and satisfied with the support they receive.

Christine

Elliot’s mother

He’s got all his team there to greet him, has his breakfast, has his morning routines, bathes, gets ready etc. Elliot makes his own plans of what he wants to do on that day, and the staff facilitates it. He’s now ordering his own hot chocolate, paying for it, waiting for it to be prepared and then sits at the table. It’s what happens when we get the fundamentals right: trust, choice, compassion, and presence.

Positive Outcomes

Every success story begins with trust and grows with care that truly understands the person behind the plan. The outcomes we see are found in the smile that returns after months of anxiety, the first meal shared at home after a long hospital stay, and the moment a person’s voice is heard, shaping every decision made about their life.

Upholding dignity, choice and consent in every decision.

Safe routines, skilled staff, reliable support.

Building confidence through daily living skills.
