CQC Ratings
We are a CQC-regulated provider of complex care, meeting the underpinning principles of proper support, care, and culture. Our priority is the quality and safety of the service people under our care receive.

Unique community services consistently score ‘GOOD’ in the CQC inspection.
We are happy to share that following the recent inspection, we have been rated excellent in all areas we service and support. We have received the Care Quality Commission (CQC) report, which is a result of many interviews that the inspector conducted among the people we support, their family members, and our support team members.
The inspector selected the following leading questions as crucial: “What does it feel like receiving care support from Unique Community Services?” and “How does it feel to be working for Unique Community Services?”
We can share some of the comments we received during the inspection:
- Working with the clinicians at UCS was a wonderful experience, from our welcome to the care and proper support. We have had challenging times with David, who has a speech impairment, but as the very kind and dedicated team work on his well-being, he is showing significant improvement.
- My son Oliver's care that the clinicians provided him with made him happier and positively influenced him.
- The bond that my daughter Margaret felt with the clinicians is invaluable. She's feeling more confident and happier. We know she is in good hands with the brilliant team from Unique Community Services.
