Rapid Response Service

Our Rapid Response Service is ready to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a 2-hour turnaround guarantee. We assist people in transitioning from hospitals to community settings or their homes. We also provide care and support when a placement breakdown is at hand.

The Rapid Response Team provides proactive support to people who require acute, immediate needs and challenging behaviours. Whenever necessary and possible, our team creates a therapeutic environment for people who are feeling anxious, disoriented, and vulnerable.

Our heart-led team and its reactive approach to crisis intervention and prevention are rooted in best training and practice.

PROACT-SCIPr-UK

We train all our support staff to avoid crises and use therapy strategies for crisis intervention and prevention.

Our RRS team:

Is ready to assist and support you 24/7, 365 days a year
Guarantees that they will form the initial crisis assessment within 2 hours of your call
Is trained and qualified in dealing with crisis intervention, prevention, and management
Uses proactive, active, and reactive structured approaches to crisis intervention and management founded on best practices.
Creates a therapeutic environment for those in need wherever possible
Encourages the person to begin their recovery journey by initiating behaviour-supporting approaches.
