She started working with Unique in 2008. Fast forward to today, her career progressed to General Manager and CQC-nominated individual.

She’s been with the company for 14 years and tells us it is the best thing she’s done in her life. She has no regrets.

Meet Joy Iyabo Ozigagun

A Support Worker for Unique Community Services

She’s been with Unique Community Services for eight years. She wanted to be a nurse and care for people since she was little. She enjoys supporting people with their preferred social and physical activities to meet their daily living.

Therefore, this job is ideal for her. – “I’m happy when I know that I put a smile on a client’s face and that I’ve cared for them and given them all they need.”

She supports them in a unique way; she provides personal care for our clients and makes them smile, listens to their needs, communicates with them and spends more quality time with them. 

Joy says that she wants to work for Unique Community Services forever. She says that Unique is a very good company to work for. And for her, it feels like they are one big happy family.
