The Way to Successful and Humanised Leadership

Catalyst Care Group hosted the first Best Practice Leadership Summit in Skopje, North Macedonia. The event took place from March 20th to March 24th, where all leaders shared their best practices through a set of panel discussions, workshops and team-building activities.

The goal of our first Leadership Summit was to showcase the outstanding results of our years-long efforts. Our dedication helped all of us together, as a team, to create a better version of ourselves and be the best support for people with additional needs.

This event served as a powerful catalyst to support our leaders, build new innovative strategies, share problem-solving solutions, and improve collaboration across the entire organisation.

On the stage, our team leaders shared their best practices that resulted in our Family’s remarkable and sustainable growth, from mindset to actions.

From Leader to Follower

The foundation of successful and intentional leadership lies in implementing well-planned strategieswork-life balance and the relationship between the leaders and their teams

To achieve that, our leaders highlighted the importance of having a clarity break to re-focus, think about new ideas, or simply take the time for themselves to recharge and have a moment of clarity to better focus on creating successful strategies. Clarity breaks also foster empowerment, help envision the future better and create a clear focus on what truly matters when leading a team.

Being a leader is not enough if your followers are not walking steadily behind you. Our Best Practice Summit emphasised the importance of the leader following his people, listening to their needs and expectations, and creating a responsive and inclusive working environment for everyone.

Building Bridges Beyond Business

Our leaders and employees had the opportunity to visit all the famous landmarks of Skopje, including historic monuments, the local cuisine and meet the vibrant spirits of Macedonian people.

This was a wonderful occasion for our people from around the world to gather and share their unique knowledge and experience and create everlasting bonds that go beyond business.

Family, Impact and Teaming – The Key to Our Success

The secret behind our sustainability and continuity of care lies in the strong relationships and shared goals of all the members of our Family. For Unique Community Services, the priority is to invite people to establish well communication channels among all members of the team and together create a powerful force that will drive change, success, and humanity in the healthcare sector.

Developing trust, honesty, and open communication is the pillar of every successful work. Saying out loud all our expectations and hopes for the future helps our leaders build strategies that will result in daily impacts and positive outcomes for the people we support.

“We have to pay respect to the commitment of our family to make this company better each day. The impact is very crucial in everything we do in CCG, and every person present at this Leadership Best Practice Summit is dedicated to making an impact in people’s lives.”
