- Free training
As a part of the Catalyst Care Group, clinicians in Unique Community Services can access free training and gain all the required knowledge and skills to excel in their career.
- Hardship Funds
We want out clinicians to feel secure which is why we provide financial aid during challenging times. Our clinicians can choose a full payment of £200 pre-paid Mastercard option or ask for a partial one worth £50, £100 or £150.
- Referral Scheme
We also offer another type of financial benefit for clinicians that refer new applicants to companies that fall under the Catalyst Care Group. All the bonuses are received through pre-paid Mastercards.
- Car Share Scheme
Our car share scheme works towards cultivating a collaborative culture by helping our clinicians who don’t drive, to share a car ride with their colleagues and reward those colleagues that will give them a lift to work. Clinicians who have provided six lifts to other employee can receive a £50 pre-paid Mastercard but what’s more important is that after receiving 5 of these awards, our company will reward you with a £220 pre-paid Mastercard.
- Field Care Coach
We have our field couches always ready to visit clinicians in their work environment and provide them with coaching support when needed. Clinicians can also receive feedback from their field coach.
- Player of the Week
We always strive to keep our clinicians motivated which is why we decided to reward a player of the week with 25 Catalyst Coins.
- Employee of the Month
Our office chooses a support worker that works very hard and represents the brand in the best way and by the end of the month, we reward that employee with a certificate and a company goodie bag.
- Employee of the Year
After receiving client feedback and combining the employee of the month awards, our team will select an Employee of the Year and will award that employee with 2500 Catalyst Coins.
- Paid day-off
We understand that providing care to individuals with complex needs is demanding and a highly responsible job and can sometimes lead to burnout. To prevent this, we decided to provide our clinicians with a paid day off.
- Individual feedback
When a happy client gives outstanding feedback to a support worker, we will award them with 250 catalyst coins.
- Coffee Mornings
All of the clinicians that are on maternity leave, sick leave or injury, can enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning with the team at their chosen location. This is a great opportunity to provide our clinicians some space to express their opinions, emotions or worriers about their job.
- Goodwill Gestures
If some of our clinicians goes through a minor inconvenience such as with Payroll or last-minute shift changes, we will award them with 100 catalyst coins. In other cases of traumatic events during a shift, we will compensate you with 250 catalyst coins.
- Milestone Birthdays
We celebrate our clinicians’ birthdays and we hope to bring them a little joy by awarding them with 200 Catalyst coins valued at £40.
- Years of Service
As a way of saying our gratitude for loyalty, we award our clinicians with 150 Catalyst Coins for one year of service, 300 Catalyst coins for five years, 500 Catalyst coins for ten years, 1000 Catalyst coins for 15 years and 1500 Catalyst coins for 20 years.
- Clinician Champion
All of our clinicians can nominate other office staff members who were great advocates for their colleagues. The nominated clinicians will receive an award from their internal HR team.
- Compliance Trailblazer
Proactive clinicians can get a 125 Catalyst Coin award by our compliance team who will give their training certificates on time, won’t cancel their training and will renew their training before it expires.
- Training Trailblazer
Clinicians who will show great interest in training and are regular participants, can receive 25 Catalyst Coins from our in-house trainers.
- Message from the CEO
Our most dedicated clinicians that will go above and beyond for their brand, will be awarded with 500 Catalyst Coins.
- Secret Santa
During the most festive period of the year, Christmas and New Year, our office staff will try to put a smile on people’s faces by awarding clinicians with 200 Catalyst Coins.
- Spotlight
Whenever our clinicians share their stories to support and help our marketing section, they can receive up to 250 Catalyst coins from our marketing team.
- New Driver
For new drivers that just passed their driving test, we will award them 100 Catalyst Coins.
- Just Graduated!
All of the clinicians that completed their education journey will receive 200 Catalyst coins as a gift.
- Just Married
As a way to say congratulations on your marriage, we will gift you with a £40 John Lewis gift card.
- New Baby
Clinicians who have received a baby will receive a £30 John Lewis gift card.
- Welcome to the Property Ladder
If you purchased your very first property, our company would award you with at £40 John Lewis gift card.
