Hope Okeke

Support Worker at Unique Community Services

She’s been with our company since 2015. She started working for Unique Community Services as a healthcare assistant. In the beginning, she was assigned to support people in mental homes. This is where she got her extensive experience caring for people that need mental health support.

Now, she works exclusively with the clients that Unique Community Services. At the moment, she cares for one patient that is very dear and near to her. She says that they have a strong bond, and she goes above and beyond for this patient. Hope does this just to see her happier and in good health.

One of the most significant advantages is that at Unique Community Services, there is excellent training available for free. They prepare us for every possible situation and outcome.

When we go out to take care of the vulnerable, we are always reminded that wherever we go, we are always encouraged to make ourselves unique. This way, in every home we go to, the families and the patients always know that we are from Unique Community Services.

She had the opportunity to work in many different homes together with clinicians that work for different agencies. When they saw how my company treated and respected me, they wanted to come to work for Unique immediately – she said. At Unique, they treat us as one of the staff, as one of their own.
