Jacob Nye is the Registered Manager for Unique Community Services in Bristol. He has worked in the health and social care sector for over 20 years, bringing much-valued expertise and experience to our team. Jacob explains how Unique offers person-centred, tailored complex care plans to individuals through the help of Positive Behaviour support but also underlines the importance of our bespoke solutions provided by our highly trained clinicians. His focus is providing support for people in the comfort of their own homes and delivering positive outcomes for people with various care needs.
